Red Fire Hose Straps

We are very proud of the fact that we have made our very own William Wood straps made from cast off Angus Duraline British fire hose rubber. The fire hose rubber is designed to be one of the most durable materials out there which can withstand extreme conditions. We have a 70mm roll of Angus Duraline fire hose which has provided over 10 years of service to the UK Fire & Rescue community. We have then cut the hose and sewn it onto a red rubber strap giving a very special and unique finish. The luscious red makes our watches stand out and you can still smell the smokiness in the rubber!

Note: Not all straps will come with the black patina markings. Straps are allocated randomly by the cut of fire hose used.

We are donated fire hose from fire departments around the world that have come to the end of their service. We clean, protect and convert the hose into our luxury watch straps through a skilled and lengthy process. Each watch has its own unique patina and story to tell.
