We are honored to have produced Commemorative Watches in partnership with the London Fire Brigade. The watch was exclusively available to serving and retired LFB firefighters with the iconic logo of the London Fire Brigade pressed into the caseback with an employee number engraving for each LFB firefighter who purchased.
Any watch sold donated 10% from the sale price to the building of the new London Fire Brigade Museum opening in 2024. It feels great to have played a small part in the building of this state of the art museum.
When the Kuwait Fire Force reached out asking for Commemorative Watches to match with their new blue fire uniforms we were very excited indeed. Limited to just 100 pieces we converted our iconic Blue Valiant Blue Fire Hose Straps into a Kuwait Fire Force Commemorative Watch. The watch had the Kuwait Fire Force coat of arms pressed into the stainless steel caseback with the employee number of each KFF firefighter who purchased.
We were delighted to have supported our brothers and sisters in arms in Kuwait.
Our journey into producing Commemorative Watches for the Melbourne Fire Brigade was a result of our contribution to the Watch & Act Australian Bushfire Fundraiser hosted by Time + Tide Watches in Melbourne. The team at Time + Tide pulled off an incredible feat persuading 21 luxury watch brands around the world, including William Wood, to donate a one of a kind watch to their auction which raised $150,000 for the Australian Bushfire Relief Fund.
As a result of this we produced a Commemorative Watch range for the Melbourne Fire Brigade with the MFB logo pressed into the caseback and an employee number engraving for each MFB firefighter.
We are proud to have been able to support the tragic fires that ocurred in Australia and produce beautiful unique timepieces for their firefighting heroes.
We were very proud to produce a Tunnel to Towers Foundation Commemorative Watch line exclusively available to all Foundation donors. We donated 10% from the proceeds of all sales to the Foundation which went towards paying off mortgage free homes for families of fallen firefighters around the USA.
We were delighted when approached by one of our customers, a Kent firefighter, to create a line of Commemorative Watches for the Kent Fire & Rescue Service. Pressed into the caseback of the limited edition watch is the KFRS logo with the employee number for each firefighter engraved underneath.
We’re proud to support the UK Fire & Rescue Service with this beautiful watch.
Retired firefighters play an incredibly important part in the William Wood story. We were honoured to be able to recognise their careers by producing a National Association of Retired Firefighters (NARF) Watch for members all around the UK.
The watch has the NARF crest pressed into the caseback and the ex-fire service number for each retired firefighter who orders a watch.
