WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT

SHIPPING

  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    Yes, we ship all over the world. Our most frequent shipping destinations are the UK, North America, Australia and the UAE.

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

    We can ship a watch to the UK within 24 hours of dispatch, US East Coast within 24 hours of dispatch, US West Coast within 48 hours of dispatch, Canada within 48 hours of dispatch, Australia within 3-5 days of dispatch, and the UAE within 3 days of dispatch.

  • WILL I BE CHARGED LOCAL CUSTOMS OR TAXES?

    Any local customs or taxes are to be paid by the recipient. We suggest that you check your local government website for further information.

  • WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

    We use the Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service for all UK orders, and UPS Tracked & Signed service for all international orders.

RETURNS

  • CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED?

    Yes, of course. We offer a free 30 day returns period which commences from the day that your product is delivered to your shipping address.

  • CAN I RETURN A WATCH THAT I HAVE PRE-ORDERED?

    You can only return a watch that you have pre-ordered once the watch is fully built, delivered, and dissatisfaction has been shown within your free 30 day returns period.

    Watches that are pre-ordered cannot be refunded before the watch has been delivered to you. This is because we use the funds placed immediately to pay for your components, production and labour.

  • CAN I EXCHANGE A WATCH FOR A DIFFERENT COLOUR OR MODEL?

    Yes, as long as you are still in your free 30 day returns period. Simply email the team at info@williamwoodwatches.com with your request and we will be happy to help you.

TRYING ON

  • WHERE CAN I TRY ON A WILLIAM WOOD WATCH?

    Through our UK and US partnership with Watches of Switzerland Group, you can try on any of our watches in a Watches of Switzerland, Goldsmiths, Mappin & Webb or Mayors Store. Simple email the team at info@williamwoodwatches.com and we will be happy to organise a private try on appointment for you at a loyal store near you. You can even walk away with your new William Wood Watches purchase on the same day.

REPAIRS & SERVICING

  • HOW CAN I ARRANGE A REPAIR OF MY WATCH?

    Our global repair partner is a UK based company called Horologium. They are a talented and driven team of watch technicians who will keep you updated of your repair by email and phone.

    If you would like to send your watch off for repair, please complete the repair form in full through the link below:

    Please then ship your watch to the address below and add your name / return address to the outside of your shipment.

  • DO YOU OFFER WATCH SERVICING?

    Yes, we recommend you to service your William Wood Watch every 3 – 5 year. Please email the team at info@williamwoodwatches.com if you would like further information on our servicing options.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT

WARRANTY

  • DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY ON YOUR WATCHES?

    Yes, we offer a 3 year international warranty on our watches. The repair and shipping from and too your address will be covered by William Wood Watches.

    However, any watches that have water damage will not be covered by your warranty. All repair and shipping costs for water damaged watches will be liable by the watch owner. Our watches are all water tested before shipping and the only breach point for water to access your watch is through the crown when it has been improperly closed by the watch owner.
